SHIPPING POLICY:

Processing Times: Please allow 1-4 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order. Expect processing and shipping to be at least 3 - 10 days For US orders, and 7-21 days for international orders. We will work on orders as they arrive and send them out as soon as possible. 

Shipping rates: All shipping rates are determined by the carriers: USPS, UPS, and  DHL. Shipping rates are based on your location. 

Note: Please be sure to check that you have the correct name and address when making a purchase. If order is placed and shipped with an incorrect address, customers are responsible for covering the reshipment fee. By placing an order, you agree to this policy. 

Import and Duty Fees: All international orders are subjected to pay Import and/ or duty Fees, which is determined by the country of import, primarily based off the order value and the country's import and duty laws. Import and duty fees are not included in your Yvaexpression's order total. Yvaexpressions is not reposnble for import/duty fees, and all fees must be paid by parcel recipient. When placing an International order with Yvaexpressions, you are agreeing with to this policy.

How long is your processing times for shipping?

We process orders in 1-4 Business days (Not including weekends or Holidays).

 How long do preorders take?

Preorder times all vary, be sure to read the description of the product to know when it is estimated to be shipped out. Usually it can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship preorders, though sometimes longer. Every preordered item will have an estimated time in the description, be sure to read that before checking out as preorder processing times are not the same as regular processing times.

What do I do when an order is marked as delivered but I didn't receive it?

We recommend that you contact the carrier that your product was shipped out with. USPS and UPS have local stores that you are able to contact regarding your order. Please contact our customer care team at Help@yvaexpressions.com for further assistance if needed. 

Can I combine two separate Orders?

Yes, if you would like to combine your orders, Please email us at Help@yvaexpressions.com listing the orders you would like combined. Please provide your name and order numbers when contacting us.

How do I Track my order?

Once an order has been fulfilled, customers will receive an email which will provide them with a tracking number with their chosen carrier. 

What do I do if I placed an order with the incorrect address?

Contact our customer care email as soon as possible so that we can assist you with the correction of your address if order is still unfulfilled. Please note that if you place an order with the incorrect address and it needs reshipped, you will be responsible to cover the shipping cost again. Please read and check your address to ensure it is the correct address.
